GOLDEN TRIANGLE AND KERALA
This tour offers the best of India in a two centre holiday.
The Golden Triangle (of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur) was
traditionally the itinerary of people’s first visit to
India; but in recent years Kerala has been considered to be
a better introduction to the country for first time
visitors. So why not do both? We offer the Golden Triangle
in a variety of price brackets through

We have taken the
mid-range version and added it to a highlights of
Kerala tour (offering similar quality accommodation) to
create a perfect North and South India holiday.

DAY 1
Arrive Delhi. Three nights in Delhi staying at a smart
homestay.
DAYS 2 - 3
Two full days in Delhi. A tour of Old Delhi on the first
day and of New Delhi on the second day will be included.
The rest of the time will be at leisure so you can do some
shopping, explore Delhi independently or enjoy your time
with the host family.
DAY 4
Take the early express train to Agra. Sightseeing of Agra
including, of course, the Taj Mahal.
DAY 5
Transfer to Jaipur by car. Visit Fatephur Sikri on the way.
Two nights in Jaipur.
DAY 6
Full day of sightseeing in Jaipur.
DAY 7
Fly from Jaipur to Cochin. Transfer to Fort Cochin. Two
nights in Cochin.
DAY 8
City tour of Cochin, rest of the day at leisure to allow
time for you to explore or shop.
DAY 9
Transfer to Thekkady (Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary). Two
nights in Thekkady.
DAY 10
Full day in the area. We include a soft trek and a
plantation visit. Other activities may be arranged locally.
DAY 11
Transfer to backwaters. Two nights on a houseboat.
DAY 12
Full day cruising the backwaters.
DAY 13
Transfer to beach area just south of Cochin. Two nights at
the beach.
DAY 14
Full day relaxing at the beach.
DAY 15
Transfer to Cochin Airport to fly home. |

Reverse the holiday – You can start
in Kerala and relax on the beach before visiting the
other parts of Kerala and then fly to Jaipur to do
the Golden Triangle.
