This is a delightful Taj hotel in a great position at
the southern end of North Goa. This means that it is
convenient for the airport (45 minutes) and away from
the busy beaches. The ramparts of a sixteenth century
Portuguese fort enclose the main wing of the hotel.
There is a wide choice of rooms (145) including superior
rooms in the main building and really stylish cottages
on the hillside. The choice of restaurants includes
Italian, seafood and multi-cuisine. There is a swimming
pool, sports complex, fitness centre etc. Some of the
facilities are situated at the Taj Holiday Village next
door and customers from each hotel are welcome to use
